Refurbishment/Extension to Manorhamilton Courthouse, Co Leitrim for the OPW – condition survey of building to highlight defects that were resulting in damage to the plaster, roof timbers and floors.

Boyle Abbey North Wall Renovation Project, Co Roscommon for the Office of Public Works – design and detail of lean to structural glass corridor to shield the unique blend of Romanesque and Gothic architecture from the elements

Refurbishment of Leitrim Courthouse, Carrick-on-Shannon for Leitrim County Council (now The Dock Arts Centre) – work involved the conservation of the original building fabric and features, addressing building defects, removing some mid 20th century partitions and alterations together with some interior fittings.
